Recipe: Bacon & Egg Spaghetti (aka Carbonara

List of Ingredients:
4-6 slices of bacon or lean salt pork
3 large eggs
1 yellow onion, diced
1 Lb package of spaghetti noodles
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 small can of sliced black olives
fresh ground pepper
grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute the bacon and onions in oil until onions are clear
2. Crack eggs into an unheated serving dish and whisk until foamy. Add a couple dashes of ground pepper
3. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente and drain
4. Cover beaten eggs with pasta and toss thoroughly until egg has cooked onto the pasta
5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
6. Serve with pepper and grated Parmesan to taste
